Overall review – An incredible 93% of the reviews for this Weber gas grill are very positive and accompanied by a 4 or 5 star rating. One reviewer says a few things that completely contrast with the other reviews, leading many to comment that it is likely a bogus review written by a competitor of the Weber company. Among other things, that reviewer says Weber's customer service is bad and that he sent 3 emails with no response. The staff here decided to test that theory. We sent 8 emails from 8 different email addresses with 8 different problems or questions. All 8 were answered within 24 hours, which leads us to believe that this is indeed a bogus review that ought to be discounted if you are considering this gas grill. So let's move on to the other reviews, most of which rated this unit very highly.

These Weber customers speak very highly of this gas grill. They say it is well-constructed of solid materials. There is nothing cheap on this model; it is built like a tank. It heats quickly (700 degrees F in less than 10 minutes) and cooks evenly. The cook box is heavy and solid and keeps the heat in where it belongs. The flavorizer bars really do what they say they will; everyone reports that food just tastes better when it is cooked on this gas grill. Those bars also stop flare-ups, even when cooking fatty foods. The cooking grates are heavy-duty stainless steel rods and they leave good grill marks. Most people say they wish they didn't wait so long to finally buy a Weber. This model has both a side burner and a searing station; the reviews say both work quite well.

Overall review – 95% of the reviews for this Weber gas grill are very positive and accompanied by a 4 or 5 star rating. There are six 1 star reviews for this model. Three of those were complaining about the delivery company, not the grill. Two of them say the grill is great. Another negative review comes from someone who is upset that the grill did not come assembled. That is standard practice with gas grills, both bought online or at a local store. You can check out the assembly instructions on the Weber site if you want to get an idea of what is required before you buy this gas grill. So none of the negative reviews actually deal with the quality or performance of this grill.

The reviews show this to be a solid gas grill built to last through the years. The igniter lights instantly, the grill heats quickly and it gets hot. There are no hot spots and the temperature is easy to control, at both high and low temperatures. Reviewers even say this Weber Genesis easily maintains a steady temperature when cooking in freezing winter temperatures. That is a testament not only to the powerful burners, but also to the heavy-duty construction of the cook box. People love the sear station and say it works quite well. The side burner is convenient and is not prone to blowing out in the wind.

One thing repeated throughout the reviews is how much better the food cooked on the Weber Genesis is compared to food cooked on other gas grills. Many people are getting tons of compliments on the food from friends and family. This is definitely an impressive grill all around.

This Weber Genesis model comes with both the searing station and side burner (not found on the E-310.) It is available in 3 colors, black, copper or green, but does not come in all stainless steel. You need the Weber Genesis S-330 if that's what you are looking to get.

Overall review – 92% of the reviews for this grill are very positive and accompanied by a 4 or 5 star rating. This is a solid, heavy-duty gas grill capable of just about everything you throw at it. It is well-built and impressive in just about every way. The stainless steel exterior and cooking grates are low maintenance and look great. The cooking grates are solid enough to leave good grill marks. This model comes without the sear station and side burner found on the 320 and 330 Weber Genesis models.

One negative review was based solely on water pooling inside the cart when it rains. There are vent hole there because that is where the propane tank is stored. The grill ought to be covered when it is raining, or you will get rain inside the cart. To be fair, this is true of most gas grills.

Weber made a few changes when designing this new line of Genesis models. One change is that the burners, which used to run side to side, now run front to back. Most people see this as an improvement (which is why Weber made the switch) since it allows you to more easily slow cook foods over indirect heat. This was difficult to do with the old burner configuration. However, you can never please every person and you will find a complaint within the negative reviews about that change, although that reviewer does not mention any adverse effects resulting from the change. Quite the contrary, the majority of reviews say this gas grill heats up quickly and gets very hot. They say it cooks very quickly and very evenly.

Overall review – 92% of the reviews for this Weber gas grill are very positive and accompanied by a 4 or 5 star rating. This is the least expensive model in the Weber Genesis line, but it is by no means an inexpensive grill. It does not have a side burner, which is one of the main differences between this and the more expensive Genesis grills. It is also lacking the sear station found on the more expensive models. Most people say this grill still leaves good grill marks and sears things quite well.

The overwhelming majority of reviews paint a picture of a solid gas grill built to last for many years to come. This grill heats quickly and is capable of very high heats. It cooks quickly and evenly. The cooking grates are reversible, to better match up with what you are cooking. One side has a triangular shape that allow only a small portion of the cooking grate to touch your food; the other side is flat and allows more contact with the cooking grate. The grates are heavy duty cast iron coated in porcelain so you get the superior cooking ability of cast iron coupled with the lower maintenance of porcelain. These heavy grates leave excellent grill marks and do a fantastic job of searing food. Weber didn't make the grate all in one piece; this is helpful for two reasons. First, it is easy to remove a section for cleaning rather than removing a large, very heavy grate. Second, you can have part of the grill set with the triangular grates and part with the wider grate.

One thing mentioned in one of the negative reviews is the configuration of the burners. The reviewer felt there was too much room between the burners. Many other reviewers disagree because they like having the ability to cook with indirect heat. This will allow you to slow cook items, like brisket or ribs. The other lackluster reviews (of which there are not many) come from people who received grills that suffered damage in shipping. Unfortunately, this can happen when shipping something so bulky and heavy across the country. Not everyone along that shipping route will care as much about your new gas grill as you and Weber do. The plus side to this is that Weber has an excellent record of customer service. You will even read about people who damaged parts themselves (through their own error) during assembly, yet Weber immediately shipped out replacement parts free of charge.
